Job summary

Manay CPA in Atlanta, GA, offers a fully remote accounting role focused on U.S. GAAP, tax codes, and business operations across industries. You will join a global advisory team and support clients with onboarding, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or similar, at least two years’ experience, English proficiency, and strong Excel skills. Turkish CPA is a plus. Work hours align with US Eastern Time; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, audit, and/or tax.
• Turkish CPA (SMMM) license is a plus.
• Outsource accounting experience is a plus.
• USGAAP experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Experience with accounting software systems is a plus.
• Excellent business English communication; interviews in English.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth setup of accounting systems.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: accounts payable/receivable, monthly closings, and financial reports.
• Use company software to complete accounting, reporting, and tax tasks with accuracy.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax returns, depreciation schedules, and other documents.
• Assist with audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to forecast revenue and margins.
• Prepare and file U.S. corporate and individual income tax returns.
• Research complex tax and accounting issues to provide solutions.
• Contribute to special projects and financial report preparation.
