Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to build relationships with engineering and sciences professionals and help advance their careers. You will own full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing and screening candidates, coaching for interviews, and keeping consultants engaged—while growing within a performance-based culture.

The role includes a 13-week paid training period, an initial base of $45,000 with growth to $55,000 after one year, and substantial upside through commissions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Willingness to learn about engineering and sciences domains.
• Comfort working in a performance-based environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities
