Actalent is seeking an entry-level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and sourcing top engineering and sciences professionals. You will screen candidates, communicate opportunities, and coach on interviews to drive career advancement.

You will participate in a structured training program, receive mentorship, and work in a performance-based culture with unlimited commission potential and a robust compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.

• Perform relationship-building activities, coaching consultants for interviews, checking in on their first day, and staying engaged throughout employment.
