Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build a strong consultant network. You will source, screen, and coach consultants to align with client needs and career goals.

The role includes a paid training period, followed by an initial base salary of $50,000 annually, rising to $60,000 after one year, with significant upside through performance-based incentives and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including meetings with hiring managers
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for roles
• Build relationships to advance consultants’ careers
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with skill sets
• Partner with professionals to be seen as a trusted advisor
