Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from meeting with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding consultants. You will build trusted relationships within our engineering, sciences, and corporate networks, and help consultants advance their careers.

The program includes a comprehensive training plan, mentorship, and a culture that promotes internal promotion into leadership roles across our business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks, learning about their goals and skills.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for starting their roles.
• Coach consultants for interviews and check in on their first day to ensure engagement.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry skills.
