Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to placement.
• Meet with hiring managers to understand needs and roles.
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks.
• Coach candidates for interviews and help prepare them for start dates.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned to skill sets.
