Speakit in Athens is hiring a native German-speaking Junior Recruiter to join our cheerful, energetic team. You’ll search for German-speaking talents across social media and job boards, craft engaging messages, screen candidates, and match them to exciting opportunities.

This hybrid role blends remote work (2 days) with 3 days in the office, backed by modern equipment and a supportive, international team. You’ll grow your skills in recruitment and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with strong communication skills.

• Comfortable messaging candidates creatively and persistently.
