Speakit in Athens is seeking a Swedish-fluent Junior Recruiter/Talent Sourcer for a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. You will identify and engage candidates via phone, social media, and LinkedIn, conduct initial screenings, and craft recruiting emails to build future talent pipelines.

Ideal candidates have Swedish fluency, excellent English, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Relocation and Hybrid work are among the attractive perks offered.
