Job summary

speakit is a fast-growing startup looking for a recruiter to help major companies find top multilingual talent. You will own end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

You’ll work with a team to post ads, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews, while leveraging modern recruiting software. Athens office offers a vibrant, downtown setting with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in HR, Business, Economics or any other business-related field.
• Prior recruitment experience is a plus.
• Excellent German speaker and excellent English skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the whole recruitment process
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist teams in screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them throughout the whole process
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Participate in recruiting events
