speakit on behalf of our client is seeking enthusiastic German Customer Care Specialists to join a dynamic team and represent one of the biggest companies on a beautiful Greek island this summer.

You will handle incoming calls and emails, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Relocation is covered, with a remote option only if located in Greece.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German required.
• B2 level English required.
• Strong phone handling and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Adaptive with good teamwork.
