SpeakIt is a freelance multilingual recruitment specialist role in Greece. You will attract and select top talent for clients, manage end-to-end recruitment, and build strong relationships to understand staffing needs. The position offers 100% remote work, autonomy over scheduling, and ongoing onboarding.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, present CVs, and align candidates with client requirements, while collaborating with the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

As a Freelance Multilingual Recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent for our clients and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
