Employee Workplace is seeking a Junior Recruiter Coordinator in Pocasset, MA to support high-volume hiring in a manufacturing setting. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders.

You’ll manage background checks, onboarding support, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. A degree in HR or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or admin support experience.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or staffing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling applications.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Manage background checks, drug screenings, and pre-employment requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring activity within an ATS.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
