King Risk Partners is seeking a Junior Recruiter to help build our recruiting pipelines and fill roles efficiently. You will learn our lines of business, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews to keep time-to-fill in check.

You will partner with HR and office leaders to manage offers, background checks, and licensing, ensuring new hires start ready to succeed in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Strong phone presence and clear writing to engage passive candidates.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and phone-screen 20+ candidates per week through job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
• Build pipelines before roles open and maintain a warm bench of licensed P&C and Life & Health talent for high-volume roles.
• Help cut average time-to-fill to under 45 days by coordinating interviews within 48 hours of hiring manager approval.
• Screen for job requirements and culture fit to ensure hires will stay.
• Write postings that show why people build careers here and provide clear updates within two business days.
• Collaborate with HR and office leaders on offers, background checks, and licensing so new hires start ready to succeed.
