You will craft proactive sourcing strategies, engage candidates on social platforms, and collaborate with stakeholders to move hires quickly.

The role requires 5+ years in business or technical recruiting, strong communication, and fluency with modern recruiting tools and SaaS/edtech contexts.

Qualifications

• Progressive work experience as a business or technical recruiter (5+ years).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience with sourcing via social platforms and Boolean searches.
• Technical fluency and SaaS/edtech industry knowledge.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple searches from requirements to pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and research new ideas.
• Engage candidates on social platforms and craft outreach messages.
• Source candidates from databases, contacts, internal systems, and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support searches.
• Contribute to recruiting processes, documentation, and training.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Measure conversion rates from candidates to hires.
