Job summary

Partners Personnel is seeking a motivated Staffing Agency Recruiter to source, interview, and place qualified candidates with client companies. You will build relationships with job seekers and employers while working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

You’ll source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels; screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interviews with clients throughout the hiring process. Join a team focused on growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Match qualified candidates with client job openings.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Meet recruiting goals and placement targets.
• Assist with onboarding and employment documentation.
• Follow company policies and employment regulations.
