Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Service, Warehouse, and Administrative roles. You will source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and keep ATS records up to date to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will build pipelines for current and future openings, post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, and other sources, and assist with onboarding documents and offers. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications, or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR-related experience.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting tools, or HRIS preferred.
• Interest and commitment to a career in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple departments.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings to assess fit and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars and logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and other systems.
• Assist with posting and managing job advertisements on major platforms.
• Support candidate communications and timely follow-ups.
• Generate candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Assist with verifications, references, and onboarding documents.
• Support recruiting events and recruitment process improvements.
