Job summary

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Michigan. You will support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

This role is hybrid in Michigan, with remote-friendly expectations and a need to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced wellness environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting massage therapists (preferred).
• Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
• Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs.
• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding.

Location: State of Michigan-Hybrid role

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists, understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
