Job summary

Therapy Source is expanding, seeking a driven, mid to entry-level Recruiter to join our high-energy, metric-driven sales division. This role helps connect therapists with impactful roles in public, cyber, and charter schools across the country.

You will source, screen, and place qualified professionals while collaborating with account managers to meet staffing needs and ensure successful starts and retention. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruitment are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, agency or staffing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Grit, resilience and strong work ethic for a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and build pipelines of therapists and clinicians using various channels.
• Screen, qualify, and manage candidates through the lifecycle including onboarding.
• Partner with Account Managers to align recruiting priorities with client needs.
• Maintain data integrity in Bullhorn and track pipeline performance.
• Monitor recruiting profitability and optimize pay rates to sustain pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

What You'll Do:

• Source, recruit, and build pipelines of qualified therapists, clinicians, and healthcare providers using ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and social recruiting to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Screen, qualify, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including credential verification, licensure, scheduling, compensation discussions, onboarding, placement, and ongoing engagement to drive successful starts and retention.
• Partner with Account Managers and team to align recruiting priorities with client needs, division demand, market conditions, and business objectives while supporting providers through assignment completion.
• Manage recruiting operations and data integrity by maintaining accurate candidate, job order, placement, and pay data in Bullhorn, tracking pipeline activity, and providing insights to improve fill rates and recruiting strategy.
• Optimize recruiting performance and profitability by recommending competitive pay rates, monitoring gross margin contribution, and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline for division needs.
