Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience.

• Comfort working in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use ATS systems to manage and track candidates.
• Perform technical recruiting for specialized and executive-level roles.
• Support campus recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel staff and hiring managers.
• Apply negotiation strategies while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Use social media management to strengthen employer branding and candidate outreach.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to reach passive candidates.
• Collaborate with HR on succession planning, training and development, and employee relations.
• Research industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS systems, to manage and track candidates.
• Perform technical recruiting for specialized roles and executive-level positions, aligned with company needs.
• Support campus recruitment activities to connect with emerging talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent management solutions.
• Apply negotiation strategies to secure top candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Use social media management techniques to strengthen employer branding and support candidate outreach.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to reach passive candidates using tailored outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training and development initiatives, and employee relations matters.
• Research industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
