Zusammenfassung

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members, sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

This role emphasizes a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, remote setting, with collaboration with hiring managers to fill high-volume roles and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting massage therapists preferred.
• Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets.
• Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Remote work experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools.

Aufgaben

• Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
• Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
• Support hiring initiatives and high-volume recruiting needs
• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding

PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists, understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach
