Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Improve and streamline recruiting processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in‑house or agency)
• Strong understanding of hiring strategies and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Experience hiring for healthcare or medical billing roles is a plus
