Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather scope and activity data.
• Enter, update, and maintain schedule activities, durations, and logic relationships.
• Incorporate subcontractor and vendor schedule information into the project schedule.
• Track schedule progress and support lookahead planning (3 weeks or rolling).
• Identify potential schedule variances, delays, or inconsistencies.
• Prepare basic schedule reports and progress updates.
• Participate in schedule review meetings and document discussions and actions.
