Job summary

Ampirical Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Planner/Scheduler to join our Operations team in the U.S. (Kentucky). You will develop, track, and optimize project schedules for EPC initiatives, focusing on time and cost efficiency using Primavera P6 and Excel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning/scheduling for EPC projects, strong client and vendor communication, and PMI scheduling credentials preferred. On-site role with competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience for EPC projects.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Excel is essential.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules for efficiency in time and cost.
• Prepare baseline schedules for team approval and maintain them.
• Monitor critical path activities and report deviations with corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure constructability and project integrity.
• Lead scheduling meetings and document lessons learned for future improvements.
