Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will manage documentation, attend meetings, and assist in coordinating subcontractors and schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and up to 1 year of experience. Travel up to 25% and a path toward ownership through ESOP are part of the opportunities at Rosendin.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required.

Aufgaben

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities and coordinate with PM to resolve issues on site.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and document logs for meetings.
