Job summary

Rosendin is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction sites. You will learn and develop competency in essential duties, handling documentation, submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes while coordinating with PMs and field personnel.

Ideal candidates have a construction-related background and strong organizational skills. This role offers growth in a leading, employee-owned electrical contractor with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, logs for submittals and drawings, and prepare logs for meetings.
• Prepare and ensure timely submittals and contract-related documents.
• Create and issue subcontractor contracts and deliver Owner/ Maintenance Manuals.
• Ensure project quality control is followed and liaison with subcontractors.
• Attend project meetings with clients and vendors and provide PM support.
• Support field personnel and monitor progress of other contractors.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files; assist payroll data.
