Momentive Software is seeking a motivated professional to deliver consultative services across the event lifecycle for a curated client base. You will translate client goals into clear configurations, manage iterative changes, and troubleshoot complex issues to enable successful use of our software.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of client-facing experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a solid grasp of requirements analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of client-facing work experience.
• Knowledge of trade show industry and/or professional associations expected.
• Expert in conducting requirements analysis with strong technical and business requirements writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work on multiple clients’ projects simultaneously and continuously.
• Strong customer service and communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Workload planning, performance monitoring, profit monitoring and analysis.
• Quickly learn new technologies and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, consultative services to a curated set of clients through the entire event project life cycle.
• Understand clients’ event-related goals and objectives.
• Ensure initial configuration and event set-up is performed accurately and timely.
• Assist with iterative configuration changes through the event cycle.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting complex or hard-to-diagnose challenges in their use of the software.
• Consult/train clients on how to best use the software to support their requirements and workflows.
• Ensure clients use Product Education resources to be properly enabled to use our products.
• Guide clients in engaging with our Support team for rapid or asynchronous responses.
• Be a subject matter expert on implementation and use of a2z products internally.
• Create Statements of Work when project scope exceeds bounds.
• Work with Account Management to assess client health and identify upsell opportunities.
• Contribute to defining and implementing industry-standard project management processes, systems, SOPs and tools.
