Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager I - Events to provide consultative services to a curated set of clients through the entire event project life cycle. You will understand goals, configure events, and assist with iterative changes to ensure successful outcomes.

You will train clients, coordinate with the Product Education and Support teams, and collaborate with Account Management to identify opportunities for expanded engagement. This is a remote US-only role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of client-facing work experience.
  • Trade show industry knowledge or professional associations preferred.
  • Expert in conducting requirements analysis with strong technical and business requirements writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients’ event-related goals and objectives.
  • Ensure initial configuration and event set-up is performed accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Assist with iterative configuration changes through the event cycle.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting complex or hard-to-diagnose challenges they are facing in their use of the software.
  • Consult/train clients on how to best use the software to support their unique requirements and workflows.
  • Ensure clients use the Product Education team and resources for proper enablement.
  • Guide clients in engaging with Support for rapid or asynchronous responses.
  • Create Statement of Work when project scope is exceeded.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to assess client health and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Help define and implement industry-standard project management processes, systems, SOPs and tools.
