Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group seeks a Process/Mechanical Engineer to design piping and pumping systems, oversee construction, and coordinate with CAD teams. You will evaluate equipment, develop calculations and P&IDs, and mentor junior staff on challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Active PE license required for the role.
• Experience with Industrial and National Building Codes.
• Team player able to give/receive feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience leading remote domestic and international staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design piping and pumping systems and oversee construction for diverse clients.
• Evaluate and select equipment, piping materials, and valves; develop calculations, P&IDs, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and supervise CAD technicians.
• Provide technical leadership and mentored guidance within the project team.
