Jacobs is seeking a senior process mechanical engineer to design and evaluate pumping and treatment systems for water and wastewater projects in San Diego. You will develop facility layouts and P&IDs, prepare construction documents, and provide field inspection and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 8+ years in process mechanical engineering, and is capable of supporting bidding, permitting, and complex data analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• PE license is required for the role.
• Minimum 8 years of process mechanical engineering experience; Master's degree and 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate pumping and treatment systems for water and wastewater projects.
• Develop facility layouts and P&IDs; prepare construction documents.
