Dow Inc. is seeking a Junior Operator to support our Ardmore, OK facility. You will operate assigned equipment, troubleshoot the plant, and work as part of a team on a 24‑hour operation with day/night rotations.

The role emphasizes safe operating discipline, process knowledge, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime, holidays, nights and weekends.
• Must have a current, valid US driver's license.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Follow Operating Discipline principles to ensure safe, efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate and field check process equipment and monitor conditions and control systems.
• Perform tasks per a standard task list including field checks, samples, and equipment prep.
• Ensure activities align with plant and business goals; resolve deviations and maintain equipment reliability.
• Initiate and participate in Root Cause Investigations as needed; coach and train others.
• Handle immediate response activities and manage unplanned events; use process knowledge to improve plant performance.
• Operate a forklift/fork truck and use Microsoft Office and digital tools in daily work.
