Disney in Wilmington is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive outcomes over features. The role centers on taking ownership of the account and guiding prospects from initial contact to signed agreements.

You will leverage CRM tools and collaborate with marketing to build trust and accelerate deals. You will mentor juniors, apply conflict-resolution practices, and script compelling webinars that fill the top of the funnel.

• Line up the trust-the-team sponsorships that put Disney in front of buyers.
• Dig into Conflict Resolution funnels and fix the step where buyers vanish.
• Script the webinar that fills the sales marketing top of funnel.
• Carry the demo from screen-share to signature in one sitting.
• Plant Disney in the sales marketing conversations buyers already trust.
• Nurture the slow sales marketing leads until timing flips in our favor.
• Create sales collateral, decks, and proposals that move prospects forward.
