Devine Business Group seeks an ambitious Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead client engagements and coach peers. In this direct sales role, you will build lasting relationships with local business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and drive growth in a competitive market.

As an independent contractor with weekly draw pay and uncapped commissions, you will receive ongoing mentorship and training while shaping strategies, hitting targets, and empowering others to succeed

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
• 5+ years of professional work experience (post-high school).
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license with licensing assistance.

Responsibilities
