Devine Business Group is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative and Trainer who will operate as an independent contractor. You will build relationships with local business owners, present tailored insurance solutions, and mentor new team members while pursuing results-driven compensation.

This role offers a weekly draw, uncapped commissions and bonuses, with in-person B2B responsibilities and a Monday–Friday schedule; weekends as needed for growth and coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience (post-high school).
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (licensing assistance and reimbursement provided).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and confident in a performance-based role.
