Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to design and deliver network security solutions for partners.

You will engage resellers and internal teams to develop complete offerings that meet customer objectives and budgets, while identifying cross-sell opportunities across security, networking, and adjacent technologies. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, stay current on industry trends, and drive successful solution adoption in a fast-paced technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in technology, sales support, technical solutions, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong problem‑solving and consultative skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build network security solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Engage with reseller partners and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings.
• Assess customer objectives, budgets, timelines, and anticipated close dates.
• Develop complete solutions including products, services, warranties, and support.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across relevant tech categories.
• Provide technical guidance to support partner sales and customer outcomes.
• Maintain productivity and deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, vendor, and technical teams to ensure accurate solutions.
• Stay current on networking and cybersecurity trends and offerings.
