Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years technical experience with technology products.
• Deep understanding of uncovering customer needs and designing complex solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead initiatives.
• Strong communication with multiple levels of customers.
• Ability to drive results within the SD&S contact center.
• Lead and participate in vendor initiatives and engagements.
• IBM Software badges/certifications highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed solution designs and present them to partners.
• Be a resource for partners presenting to end users as needed.
• Identify and evaluate solution options meeting requirements.
