Job summary

The candidate will assist with network designs, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to projects involving VoIP, QoS, and VPNs. Security+ CE and active Secret clearance are required or pursued, with prior Cisco experience

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance
Experience with Cisco platforms and LAN/WAN
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching, and firewall technologies
Experience with LAN/WAN setup and VoIP
Experience with Ethernet, VLAN, and SONET concepts
Knowledge of converged networks including VoIP and QoS

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support LAN/WAN/Intranet/Internet systems.
Maintain network hardware and software and monitor network availability.
Support projects involving networks and translate business requirements into telecom designs.
Develop LAN/WAN designs for data center migrations.
Troubleshoot complex network issues and document resolutions.
Participate in testing of new technologies and change/incident management.
