Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking an experienced Network Engineering Design Manager to lead the design and optimization of enterprise LAN, CAN, and WAN networks in support of mission-critical operations. You will oversee routing, switching, VoIP, security integration, performance analysis, and datacenter modernization efforts for CONUS/OCONUS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years IT experience preferred, or 7+ years IT experience.
• Knowledge of network threat concepts and defense strategies.
• Experience with Windows Server deployments and enterprise data centers.
• TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design LAN, CAN, WAN data, voice and video architecture.
• Configure routing protocols including BGP, OSPF and MPLS.
• Analyze network performance and incident trends.
• Develop reports on bandwidth and security events.
• Provide training and support to contractors and government personnel.
• Manage enterprise datacenter hardware/software deployments.
