Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking an experienced Network Engineering Design Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise LAN, CAN, and WAN architectures in support of mission-critical operations. Oversee routing, switching, VoIP, security integration, and datacenter modernization while guiding contractors and government teams.

Qualifications

• BS in related field with 5+ years IT experience; or 7+ years
• Firewall experience
• Knowledge of DoD information assurance tools
• Experience with Windows Server deployments
• CCNP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Design LAN/WAN data, voice and video architecture.
• Configure and implement BGP, OSPF, MPLS and routing protocols.
• Analyze network performance and security incidents.
• Provide on-shift training for contractors and government personnel.
• Support enterprise datacenter modernization and OCONUS/CONUS TDY travel.
