Qualifications

• ERP skills for accessing and printing job cost reports.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawings.
• Verbal and written communications skills.
• Computer skills including CADD and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Estimate impact of project changes and inform management.
• Manage change orders and ensure accuracy and tracking.
• Procure equipment, materials, and services; assist in selecting subcontractors.
• Stay current on emerging industry trends.
• Analyze and resolve basic questions and problems as needed.
