Qualifications
- Four-year Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic ERP, HVAC or plumbing drawings understanding.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office (Excel).
Responsibilities
- Estimate impacts of project changes and inform management.
- Manage change orders accurately and track as required.
- Procure equipment, materials and services; assist in subcontractor selection/hiring.
- Stay current on emerging trends in the industry.
- Analyze and resolve basic project questions and problems.
