Job summary

Asenium Consulting in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Junior Business Development Manager to grow our healthcare consulting activity in the United States. You will build relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and life sciences clients.

The role is primarily on-site in Princeton with up to 1.5 remote-working days per week. Base salary USD 70,000–80,000 plus USD 7,000 PMO and a variable component of 3% of revenue above 40%.

Qualifications

• First-hand experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services sales.
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, innovation, and US market.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with executives and senior decision-makers.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Comfort working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop a portfolio of clients and prospects in the United States.
• Identify new opportunities among healthcare and life sciences companies.
• Prospect and arrange meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ innovation, strategy, and market development challenges.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals with the project teams.
• Present and negotiate consulting proposals.
• Act as the interface between clients and consulting teams, monitor engagements, and support client satisfaction.
• Gradually develop existing accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to US growth.
