Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of preclinical drug discovery and development processes.
• 5+ years of business development experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life science services industries.
• Experience working with CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical clients preferred.
• Established industry network and ability to develop strategic client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
• Manage client engagement throughout the business development process.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, cost estimates, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor U.S. pharmaceutical and biotechnology market trends and provide business insights.
• Represent Medicilon at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Collaborate with internal scientific and operational teams to ensure client needs are effectively addressed.
• Support long-term client partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
