Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, email, phone systems, and other IT issues.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, copiers, and conference room AV equipment.
• Manage provisioning/deprovisioning of user accounts, equipment and access including Microsoft 365 licensing.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions across systems.
• Perform basic Active Directory tasks: create/disable accounts, reset passwords, manage groups.
• Support routine password resets and MFA enrollment.
• Prepare, image, configure, and repurpose computers for employee use.
• Monitor, document, prioritize helpdesk requests and escalate as needed.
• Assist with basic IT security: antivirus alerts, phishing, security concerns.
• Maintain inventory records of IT hardware, software, licenses, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and projects for troubleshooting and support.
• Travel to other locations for on-site support.
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.
