Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data management tasks.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support.
• Follow documented procedures and service-level targets.
• Assist with data management tasks.
• Maintain Microsoft documents and departmental records.
