Job summary

MindSource in Plano, TX is seeking a Jr. Solution Business Analyst to support enterprise IT solutions within an Application Operations environment.

You will help ensure the efficient operation and support of Common Resource Management and Space/Workspace Management solutions for corporate IT assets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or related operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support CR2 and MMS for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with system and technical teams for smooth service operations.
• Gather and document business and market needs.
• Translate business needs into potential product features with engineering.
• Gather and evaluate product, customer, and market information through stakeholder interactions.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities to expand mobility, workspace, and resource management solutions.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to landscape analysis.
• Support product and solution improvement initiatives.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation (user manuals, procedures, marketing materials, BRDs, reports, presentations).
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and track deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide operational and project support as required.
