Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and support CR2 and MMS for internal customers and users.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Jr. Solution Business Analyst to support enterprise IT solutions within an Application Operations and Solution Services environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and help ensure the efficient operation and support of Common Resource Management and Space/Workspace Management solutions for corporate IT assets.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, sales, customer success, marketing, engineering, and end users to support solution operations, identify business needs, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support Common Resource Registry (CR2) and Managed Mobility Services (MMS) for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with system and technical teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify, gather, and document business and market needs.
• Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into potential product features and enhancements.
• Gather and evaluate product, customer, and market information through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility, workspace, and resource management solutions.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to competitive landscape analysis.
• Support product and solution improvement initiatives.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including:

Required Qualifications
