Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software capabilities and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and delegate work to Support Analysts.
• Manage program technology operations procedures and documentation.
• Lead execution of program technology operations tasks and quality controls.
• Monitor monthly operations hours and adjust as needed.
• Triage and troubleshoot production issues.
• Provide training on technology capabilities for internal teams.
• Administer system configurations and data imports.
• Elicit requirements and write user stories for system enhancements.
• Perform functional and acceptance testing.
• Manage change requests and scope/cost confirmations.
• Identify improvements for operational efficiency.
