Job summary

BTI is seeking a Jr. Solution Business Analyst to support internal resource and space management initiatives. You will work across IT operations, product, sales, and success teams to translate needs into practical features and documentation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and a willingness to learn enterprise SaaS environments. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience or understanding of product management and enterprise SaaS product support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English, and Korean).

Responsibilities

• Operate and support CR2 (Common Resource Registry) and MMS (Managed Mobility Service) for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with system teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify and document market needs, translating insights into product features in partnership with engineering teams.
• Gather and assess product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions.
• Analyze competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy development.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.
