Astreya is seeking a Principal IT Program Manager & Product Owner in Oakland/San Ramon, CA. You will define product strategy, own key technology products, and lead large cross-functional programs aligned to business objectives.

You will drive modernization, manage budgets, and deliver measurable value with emphasis on security, reliability, and operational excellence across IT products and services.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• 12+ years of technology program, portfolio, project, or product management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSPO, SAFe POPM/SPC are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for strategic technology products and platforms.
• Develop and prioritize product backlogs based on value, risk, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product lifecycle management including modernization and tech debt reduction.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service metrics, and value realization measurements.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Develop multi-year strategic plans, investment roadmaps, and delivery schedules.
