Astreya is seeking a Principal IT Program Manager & Product Owner in Oakland, CA to define product strategy, manage multi-year technology programs, and deliver measurable business value across IT products and services.

You will bridge business stakeholders with technology teams, own roadmaps, governance, budgeting, and delivery execution, and lead modernization efforts while ensuring security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Lead large cross-functional technology programs with executive visibility.
• Manage budgets, funding, and resource planning for portfolios.
• Present portfolio health and strategic recommendations to leadership.
